What happens after you apply

After you apply, your application goes to the Desk for review. We email you as soon as a decision has been made.

Follow your application

Sign in at any time to see where your application stands. Your member area opens on a page called Your application, which shows whether it is waiting for review, approved or not approved.

What you can do while you wait

• Prepare your directory listing. It stays private, and goes to the Desk for review once your membership is approved.
• Browse and order services. Pay-per-service work can be ordered before your membership is approved.
• Ask a question. Use Contact us, or Support in your member area.

What opens when you are approved

The members-only areas: the member directory, the Deal Room and member events. Until then they are shown in your menu with a lock.

If your application is not approved

We email you, and your application page shows the decision. If the Desk has added a note for you, it appears there too. You keep your account and can still contact the Desk.
