Your data: getting a copy, or asking us to delete it
How to download what we hold about you, and how to ask for your account to be deleted.
Our privacy notice sets out what we collect and why. This article explains how to use your rights.
Download a copy of your data
If you have an account, sign in, open Account in your member area and choose Download my data. The file holds what is linked to your account. Passwords and link tokens are stored only as one-way hashes and are never included.
Ask us to delete your account
On the same page you can ask the Desk to delete your account and personal data. The Desk confirms the request with you before deleting anything. Afterwards you will no longer be able to sign in.
Some records are kept without your name or contact details: invoices, which are financial records, and the record of any non-disclosure agreement you accepted.
If you do not have an account
Use Contact us and choose Privacy and my data. Tell us the email address you used with us, and whether you would like a copy, a correction or deletion.
